First conversation
A call or WhatsApp chat about what you need. No preparation required.
Scope in writing
What will be made, what I need from you, and the order of work.
Design shared as links
You review on your own phone and laptop and reply however is easiest: notes, a voice message or a call.
Build or production
Websites are built on a private preview address you can watch progress on. Design files are delivered in the formats you need.
Handover
Final files or a live site, plus a walkthrough of anything you will manage yourself.

Why distance does not matter
India shares one time zone, and both design and websites are reviewed on a screen anyway. A client in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata or Ahmedabad sees exactly what a client in Delhi sees, at the same moment.
The same holds in Jaipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Gurugram, Noida, Surat, Indore, Bhopal, Kochi, Patna, Bhubaneswar, Nagpur and Coimbatore, and in smaller towns where a good designer or developer can be harder to find locally.

Questions
Do you have an office I can visit?
No. I work independently from Delhi and do not run a walk-in office. Projects are handled online.
Can one project cover branding and a website together?
Yes, and it usually gives the best result, because the identity and the site are designed as one thing.
